ZUREENS – Disposable Packaging Supplies
Last Updated: 14 October 2026
At ZUREENS, we take care to provide quality disposable packaging products at affordable prices. We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizes, quantities and specifications before purchasing.
This policy explains our conditions for returns, refunds, exchanges and damaged or faulty products.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
1. Change of Mind – No Refunds or Exchanges
ZUREENS does not offer refunds, exchanges or store credits for change-of-mind purchases.
This includes situations where:
- Customers order the wrong size, colour, style or quantity.
- Customers purchase more products than required.
- Products are no longer needed.
- Customers change their minds after purchasing.
- Customers find similar products cheaper elsewhere.
- Customers mistakenly select an unsuitable product despite an accurate product description.
Customers are responsible for checking product descriptions and order details before completing their purchases.
This policy does not affect any rights customers may have under Australian Consumer Law.
2. Local Pickup – Mandatory Order Inspection
Customers collecting orders from ZUREENS in Yarrabilba, Queensland, are required to carefully check their orders before leaving the pickup premises.
Customers should verify:
- Correct products and sizes.
- Correct quantities and pack sizes.
- Product condition and visible damage.
- Correct items supplied against their order confirmation.
- Condition of cartons, sleeves and external packaging.
Any visible damage, missing items or incorrect products should be reported to ZUREENS before leaving whenever possible.
Once an order leaves our premises, ZUREENS does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect customer selections or damage caused by the customer after collection.
Customers retain their rights under Australian Consumer Law, including where faults or other problems are discovered after collection.
3. Reporting Faulty, Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products
We request that customers notify ZUREENS within one (1) business day of receiving or collecting their order if they discover faulty, damaged, missing or incorrectly supplied products.
This timeframe allows us to investigate problems promptly and check relevant order records.
Customers should provide:
- Order number or proof of purchase.
- Description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the affected products and packaging, where reasonably available.
- Quantity of affected products.
- Date of collection or delivery.
Please contact us at [email protected] or call 07 3522 2813.
Important: The one-business-day reporting period is a requested notification timeframe, not a deadline for exercising statutory consumer rights. Customers may still be entitled to remedies under Australian Consumer Law if they report a genuine product fault later.
4. Damage After Collection or Delivery
ZUREENS is not responsible for damage caused by customer mishandling, improper storage, misuse or accidental damage occurring after products have been collected or delivered.
Examples include:
- Products crushed or damaged during customer transportation.
- Damage caused by dropping or mishandling cartons.
- Exposure to water, moisture or unsuitable storage conditions.
- Damage from excessive heat or incorrect product use.
- Torn, bent or crushed packaging caused by customer handling.
- Products used outside their intended specifications.
Disposable packaging products must be handled and stored appropriately.
Claims will be assessed individually based on the available evidence and applicable consumer rights.
ZUREENS may reasonably request additional information or an opportunity to inspect affected products to help determine the cause of damage.
We will not refuse a remedy required under Australian Consumer Law merely because an item has been collected, its packaging has been opened or a fault was discovered later.
5. Faulty or Defective Products
If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law, customers may be entitled to a remedy.
Depending on the nature of the problem, remedies may include:
- Replacement.
- Repair, where appropriate.
- Refund.
- Other remedies required under Australian Consumer Law.
For a major failure, customers may generally choose a refund or replacement, subject to applicable law.
For a minor failure, ZUREENS may be entitled to provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time.
We will assess claims fairly and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
6. Missing or Incorrect Items
If an order contains missing or incorrectly supplied items, customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide your order number, details of the missing or incorrect products and photographs where available.
Where an order has been incorrectly fulfilled by ZUREENS, we will arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to the customer.
7. Online Orders and Australia-Wide Shipping
Customers receiving products through delivery or freight are encouraged to inspect their orders promptly upon arrival.
If external packaging appears damaged, customers should photograph the packaging and products before disposing of the packaging, where reasonably practical.
Please contact ZUREENS as soon as reasonably possible if products arrive damaged, missing or incorrectly supplied.
We may request photographs and order details to assist with investigating shipping-related damage.
Customers’ rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply to products purchased online and delivered or shipped.
8. Returns of Unused Products
ZUREENS does not generally accept returns of correctly supplied products simply because they are unused, unopened or no longer required.
This applies to individual packs, sleeves and full cartons.
An unopened product does not automatically qualify for a change-of-mind refund or exchange.
This does not affect returns or remedies required under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Return Authorisation and Assessment
Customers should contact ZUREENS before returning products so we can assess the issue and provide appropriate instructions.
Please do not send products back without first contacting us.
Where inspection is reasonably necessary, we may ask customers to make the affected products available for assessment.
If a return is required because a product fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, reasonable return or collection costs will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Customers should retain affected products where reasonably practical until the matter has been assessed.
10. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved or required under Australian Consumer Law, ZUREENS will arrange payment within a reasonable time.
Refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method where available, including:
- Stripe payments.
- PayID payments.
- Direct bank transfers.
For bank refunds, customers may be asked to provide suitable account details through an appropriate and secure communication method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Refunds required by law will not be replaced with store credit unless the customer agrees or the law otherwise permits.
11. Customer Responsibilities
To help prevent order issues, customers are encouraged to:
- Review product descriptions and measurements before purchasing.
- Confirm quantities and pack sizes.
- Inspect orders before leaving the pickup premises.
- Handle and transport packaging products carefully.
- Store products in appropriate conditions.
- Use products according to their intended purpose.
- Contact ZUREENS promptly if a problem is discovered.
Failure to follow these recommendations does not automatically remove any rights under Australian Consumer Law.
12. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are entitled to remedies where goods fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
For a major failure, customers may be entitled to reject the goods and choose a refund or replacement, subject to the law.
For a failure that is not major, the supplier may be entitled to remedy the failure within a reasonable time.
Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
