Welcome to ZUREENS. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully before purchasing.

These terms apply to purchases made through our website and, where relevant, direct purchases from ZUREENS.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

1. About ZUREENS

ZUREENS is an Australian business based in Yarrabilba, Queensland, supplying disposable takeaway packaging and food-service products to families, individuals and businesses.

Our products include coffee cups, takeaway containers, sugarcane packaging, plates, bowls, cutlery, napkins and other food-service supplies.

We aim to offer quality products at affordable prices.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, quantities and prices displayed on our website are accurate.

Please note:

Product colours and appearances may vary slightly from website photographs.
Measurements and capacities may be approximate where indicated.
Product packaging may change depending on supplier availability.
Customers should check product sizes, quantities and specifications before ordering.

If a product is materially different from its description or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, your rights under Australian Consumer Law will apply.

3. Pricing and Availability

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Any applicable taxes and additional delivery or shipping charges will be disclosed before an order is finalised.

Product prices and availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you to discuss the available options, including a refund where appropriate.

We will not increase the agreed price of an accepted order without your consent.

Products are subject to availability.

4. Online-Only Specials and Promotions

Online Specials are exclusively available for purchases placed through our official website, www.zureens.com.au.

The following conditions apply:

Online Specials cannot be redeemed or claimed through direct in-store purchases.
Customers must place and complete their orders online to receive the advertised promotional price.
Customers may select Local Pickup at checkout to collect their online orders from Yarrabilba, Queensland.
Promotional offers are subject to stock availability and any specific advertised conditions.
Online promotional prices may differ from prices available for direct in-store purchases.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts.

ZUREENS may amend or end promotions, subject to applicable law. Changes will not affect orders already accepted at the agreed promotional price.

Important: Customers wishing to receive an Online Special must place their order through our website, even if they intend to collect their products locally.

5. Placing an Order

Customers can place orders through our website using WooCommerce.

When placing an order, customers are responsible for providing accurate:

Name and contact information
Billing details
Delivery address, where applicable
Product selections and quantities
Pickup or delivery instructions

After placing an order, customers may receive an automated order confirmation email.

An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted. We may need to verify payment, stock availability or delivery arrangements.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund of amounts paid for unavailable products.

6. Payment Methods

ZUREENS accepts the following payment methods:

Stripe – Online Card Payments

Customers can pay securely online through Stripe using the WooCommerce Stripe payment plugin.

Card payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to its applicable payment and security procedures.

PayID

Customers may make payment using PayID through their banking institution.

Customers must use the payment details provided by ZUREENS and include their order reference where requested.

Direct Bank Transfer

Customers may pay by transferring funds directly to our nominated business bank account.

Orders paid through PayID or direct bank transfer may remain on hold until payment has been received and verified.

ZUREENS will not request your internet banking password or PIN.

Customers should verify payment details carefully before transferring funds.

7. Local Pickup

ZUREENS offers free local pickup from Yarrabilba, Queensland.

Our standard pickup conditions are:

No minimum order is required for local pickup.
Orders are generally available for collection from the next business day.
Standard collection hours are 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Earlier collection may be arranged by contacting us or leaving a note during checkout.
After-hours collection, up to 10:00 PM, may be available by prior arrangement and confirmation.

Customers should wait for confirmation that their order is ready before attending for collection.

Pickup instructions and the collection location will be provided or confirmed as appropriate.

Important – Customer Order Inspection at Pickup

All customers collecting orders from ZUREENS must carefully check their products before leaving the pickup premises.

Please verify that all products, sizes, quantities and pack sizes are correct and check for any visible damage.

Once an order has left our premises, ZUREENS does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect customer selections or other reasons not covered by Australian Consumer Law.

Any missing, incorrect or visibly damaged products should be reported before leaving whenever possible.

If an issue is discovered after collection, customers should contact ZUREENS as soon as reasonably possible.

This condition does not affect customers’ rights under Australian Consumer Law, including their rights to remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed products.

8. Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available within approximately 25 kilometres of Yarrabilba, Queensland.

The following conditions generally apply:

Minimum order value: $150.
Local delivery fee: $65.
Delivery is generally arranged for Tuesdays, subject to availability.
Delivery must be discussed and confirmed with ZUREENS before placing an order.

Delivery availability depends on the customer’s location, order size and our delivery schedule.

Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and any relevant access instructions.

Please contact us before ordering if you require local delivery.

9. Australia-Wide Shipping

ZUREENS may arrange shipping to destinations across Australia.

Shipping costs and arrangements depend on factors including:

Delivery location
Product size and weight
Order quantity
Packaging requirements
Courier or freight availability

Customers requiring Australia-wide shipping must contact ZUREENS before placing an order so we can discuss the available shipping options and applicable charges.

Estimated delivery timeframes are indicative and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law if goods are not supplied within an agreed or otherwise reasonable time.

10. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We encourage customers to check product descriptions, quantities and measurements before purchasing.

Change of Mind

ZUREENS does not generally offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect selections or products that are no longer required.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive products that are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise do not meet applicable consumer guarantees, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where practicable, provide:

A description of the issue
Photographs showing the problem

We encourage customers to report issues within a day of receiving their order so they can be investigated promptly. This is not a deadline for exercising statutory consumer rights.

Depending on the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy.

11. Order Cancellations and Changes

Customers wishing to cancel or modify an order should contact ZUREENS as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before an order has been prepared, collected or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched or collected, cancellation may not be possible for change-of-mind reasons.

Any cancellation fees or deductions, where applicable, must be lawful and consistent with Australian Consumer Law.

12. Product Use and Safety

Customers are responsible for selecting products suitable for their intended use.

Some products may have limitations relating to heat resistance, microwave use, refrigeration, food storage or disposal.

Customers should follow any applicable product instructions and safety information.

Do not assume that every disposable food container is microwave-safe, oven-safe, compostable or suitable for hot liquids unless the product information specifically confirms this.

ZUREENS does not exclude liability for products that fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees.

13. Website Use

Customers agree not to misuse our website or engage in activities that may interfere with its operation or security.

Unauthorised attempts to access website systems, submit fraudulent orders or misuse customer accounts are prohibited.

We may take reasonable steps to protect our website, customers and business against suspected fraud or misuse.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the ZUREENS business name, original website content, branding, photographs and other materials are owned by ZUREENS or used with permission.

Website content must not be reproduced or used commercially without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.

15. Privacy and Personal Information

We collect and handle customer information for purposes including order processing, payments, customer communication, pickup, delivery and shipping.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ZUREENS is not responsible for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

However, nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

Where a product or service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, the remedies required by law will apply.

17. Changes to These Terms

ZUREENS may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to our business operations, services or legal requirements.

Updated terms will be published on our website.

Changes will not retrospectively alter the agreed terms of an existing order unless permitted by law and agreed where necessary.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws.

Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian law.
